APPOINTMENT POLICY:
Appointments are recommended and may be booked online, over the phone, or via text. We require a card on file for ALL SERVICES. If there is no card on file, a card on file is removed, or the card is expired, we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your session.
We will accommodate walk-ins subject to availability.
If you desire high-demand appointment times (ie. after 5pm or weekends), please schedule adequately in advance of your desired date.
If you prefer “quieter” days, please consider Thurs, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday appointments.
ALL SESSIONS: We understand time is valuable for both of us, so we ask that you to fill out all waivers/paperwork prior to your arrival and arrive on time for all sessions. While we try to accommodate all our clients’ schedules, arriving late may result in reduced session time. If your session time is reduced, please be advised that you will still be charged for the full session. If you arrive 15 minutes or more we will need to late cancel your appointment and you may be subject to the cancellation fee .
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a 24-hr cancellation policy. We ask you to cancel 24 hours prior to your session to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling less than 24 hours is treated as a cancellation.
Wellness Services (Float, Sauna, Redlight, Halo) : If you cancel less than 24-hrs prior to your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows are not cool and will be charged the full amount of the service. We require an up-to-date credit card on file to book appointments for this reason. If your card on file fails during the charge of the cancellation fee, you will no longer be able to schedule any services at our center.
IV Services - If you cancel less than 24-hrs prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the FULL cost of the scheduled service. We require an up-to-date credit card on file to book appointments for this reason. If your card on file fails during the charge of the cancellation fee, you will no longer be able to schedule any services at our center.
